Studying and searching on my shadow. Book Meeting the Shadows. Read-reflect-practice. Way to help to be more peaceful. First thing in day-Connect with sun. What's the familiar approach. Open the possibilities-martial art movement. Look at others seeing where they are separated. Use strength demonstrations.

Drive less. Take time to get to where you are going. Slowing down. Know and follow the rules. Take AARP Course

What we will do following this conference, individually and collectively, to keep our work going:

Informational calling card that represents and gives information on work being done toward a better world/peacemaking. Driving slowly, courteously, and in more control; Be aware of stress do driving, easier in standard shifts.

Creative thinking and new ideas that have emerged:

Reminding self and others-Pictorial card that people could put on dashboard to resemble that peacefulness. Four-sided calling card. Research the psychological tension in driving, especially at stop lights.
